 At SPANS PROTECTION we not only provide first class installations, but we also offer high quality service to our clients. A maintenance agreement is concluded when the system is brought into use. This agreement entails a yearly visit of preventive maintenance in order to verify the system and prevent potential problems arising while allowing us the opportunity to bring your system into line with any new laws or regulations. Under this maintenance agreement, you are entitled to our 24/24 service. All defects or problems must be rectified the same day, any day of the year. To this end, we have a standby team at the ready. Your calls are received either by us or by an independent dispatching unit. From there the standby technician is contacted. He will then be with you as quickly as possible. |
